Getting started: What to expect from your team and ours

When onboarding begins, we aim to keep your internal disruption to a minimum.

Your team will be involved during key workshops and review sessions. We’ll identify the essential contributors early and tailor the schedule around your availability as best we can.

• If your team is busy, we adapt.
• If someone new joins mid-project, we integrate them.
• If you work across time zones, we coordinate accordingly.
• If on-site presence is needed, we accommodate when we can.

The process is collaborative, but not time-consuming. Clear expectations from day one mean a smoother delivery.
